Dear Friends and Music Lovers,
Jingle Bells, Dashing Through the Snow, and I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas. All of these announce our December 19th Razzel Dazzel Holiday Show.
We have something for all beginning with a Chanukah Celebration and ending with the Hallelujah Chorus featuring Marvina Levy's black choir from Riverside.
Sandwiched in will be vocals by Brian Detwiler "Wishing Upon a Star" and his rendition of the all time favorite "I'm Dreaming Of a White Christmas".
Nancy Moore and Chris McAleer will add their vocal contributions. Nancy with "O Holy Night" and Chris encouraging "Let It Snow, Let It Snow".
But don't despair, YOU TOO will be featured in our community sing.
Frequently I forget to thank the loyal members of the Ontario/Chaffey Show Band who make many sacrifices to rehearse and perform during our program season. They are real troopers.
Also, Your Friendly Band Director applauds Bill and Arlene Blanchard for the many hours spent in smoothing up the production and covering all the details that go into our monthly shows.
And then there is YOU. If you were not sitting in the empty seats in GWS, what purpose would we have? It is our hope that you have found our programs worthy of giving up a good movie or TV to join us each month.
